It was delicious, friendly service, can only be recommended

On our hike from Koblenz to Bingen there was the only really well-made onion cake here. The local Baumkuchen is just as excellent as it is not made too sweet and honest.

The strawberry cake had a hair in it and the service was not the best. You have to go in for the cake and lose your place when you come out.

Cake underground !!!! We were in the cafe on April 11th, 2019 at around 1.30 p.m. We ordered a total of 3 pieces of cake and 2 cups of white coffee. 1x Frankfurter Kranz, 1 piece Sacher Torte and 1x yoghurt cake with currants for a total of 15.80 euros !!! All the pieces were very, very small ... ok, but the Sacher Torte was hard and certainly not fresh, or the Frankfurter Kranz had layers of cream that were barely mm thick. This quality certainly does not match the price called. During our visit internals were also clearly discussed, which affected the future pricing of Pension Bonsch. All things that need to be considered. I cannot recommend this cafe.

Quiet cafe with delicious cake and good coffee. Highly recommended

It was just great. Even when everything was closed we were able to call and get a room the same day. Mr. Bonsch unlocked us by hand, showed the room, the bikes and was super friendly. The breakfast is like home and Mr. Bonsch there as always helpful. Can only recommend it.

The highlights here are the tree cake and the marzipan.

Delicious homemade cake. The highlight was the "Colombo", a chocolate cream! Very cozy, you are still served personally by the elderly.
